Something that our team had seen at Oyster, and were able to later act on at Google, was a customer need for better library management. Although fairly table stakes in terms of an ebook experience, this was one of the most requested features by customers, especially high value ones with large libraries.

Specifically, we introduced new ways of organizing content such as custom book lists and better sorting / filtering. We also beefed up search capabilities to be able to better find specific authors, subjects, or book types.
